In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Anything you enter in the “Try it” section stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

2. Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time, the requested URL, the referrer and browser and system details (server log files). This is needed to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For transfers to the USA, Vercel relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. More: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
3. GitHub (version display and download)
So the download button always points to the latest version, your browser asks GitHub's public API
(api.github.com) for the latest release when the home page loads. GitHub receives your IP
address and the usual browser details. The download itself also comes directly from GitHub
(github.com). The provider is GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (up-to-date download links). GitHub's privacy policy:
GitHub General Privacy Statement.
4. The Larpcord app
- Larpcord stores all larp settings, presets and songs only locally on your PC.
- Larpcord never sends larp values to Discord.
- Larp sync (optional, Hub → Sync): after you log in with Discord in your browser (only your user ID is confirmed), the shared part of your active larp account (profile look, display name, connections, own activities) is stored on the Larpcord sync server together with your Discord user ID, so other Larpcord users can see it. Turning sharing off, switching to your real profile or logging out deletes it there. The list of user IDs with a shared profile is public. To show other users' larp profiles, Larpcord loads them from the same server. You can turn viewing off.
- For updates, the app checks GitHub Releases for new versions (on startup and every 4 hours); you can turn this off in the Larpcord Hub under “Updates”.
- When you log in and chat, you talk to Discord directly. Discord's privacy policy applies to that. Larpcord is not affiliated with Discord Inc.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). To exercise your rights, contact the address above.
6. No cookies, no tracking
This website stores nothing in your browser and embeds no advertising, analytics or social media services.
